The personal information that CEIRA collects relates to the activities of CEIRA in connection with its function as a reciprocal insurance exchange and in our dealings and interactions with CEIRA's subscribers. The precise information that is collected depends upon the applicable insurance for subscribers as well as any claims or other correspondence involving subscribers.
Due to the character of CEIRA's activities, information that CEIRA collects may not be personal information because it relates to the business activities of subscribers.
CEIRA obtains personal information when it is provided to us by subscribers or others as a part of our activities, or when it is provided to us by third parties that are engaged by CEIRA or with whom CEIRA interacts as a part of our activities. Such information may include, for example, information regarding subscribers' properties and activities that are relevant to the reciprocal insurance provided by CEIRA.
If you provide us with personal information about third parties, then you are required to ensure that you have obtained the consent of those third parties to provide such information.

CEIRA may also disclose personal information if CEIRA were contemplating a business transaction involving the transfer of some or all of CEIRA's insurance activities. In those circumstances, any person to whom such information were disclosed would be required to protect such personal information in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy, or its own privacy policy and subject to applicable laws.
You may request correction of your personal information and may access your personal information, subject to any legal restrictions. However, if you exercise this access right, CEIRA may charge you a reasonable fee for copying and sending the information to you.
