If you access electronic documents and correspondence through the Subscribers Portal, then your e-mail address as provided to CEIRA will be considered your last known address. You are responsible for notifying CEIRA of any change to your e-mail address.
Documents and correspondence accessed, completed or submitted through the Subscribers Portal are subject to other terms and provisions as are set out in such documents or relate to such correspondence. (the "Other Terms"). If there is a conflict or discrepancy between the Other Terms and these Terms of Use, then the Other Terms will prevail.
The contents of the Site are protected by copyright. You may browse the Site and download materials solely for your own personal use and as permitted by applicable law.
